Overview
Homebase launched as a dynamic coworking space, providing flexible workspace solutions to individuals and teams. In this comprehensive role, I oversaw location buildouts, operations, stakeholder management, and drove full marketing initiatives as a community manager. This foundational phase established a robust digital presence, prioritizing intuitive user experience, a compelling visual identity, and a salient focus on optimizing for search visibility and organic reach.
Following its sunset, the project was recently revived for this portfolio. This current phase involved recreating the entire site using Framer, while Cursor was concurrently utilized to serve and access the archived old codebase, enabling a comprehensive review and extraction of previous content. This evolution ensures seamless functionality and visual fidelity for the portfolio piece. Github repository for Cursor exploration.
Contributions
Throughout the Homebase project's lifecycle, my contributions were extensive and multifaceted. From the outset, I was deeply involved in shaping a cohesive brand experience and guiding strategic SEO implementation. My commitment also included serving as an active board member for the Baltimore BBB, aiding in community initiatives and brand-building events.
Upon the project's sunset, my role shifted into exploring new technologies, directing the complete site recreation using Framer, and utilizing Cursor to serve and interact with the original archived codebase for content analysis. This comprehensive approach ensured the revived project accurately reflects its past while showcasing new technological exploration and refined aesthetic excellence.
